The conference will be conducted online via Google Meet, with all presentations delivered as oral presentations in video format.

Submission and Presentation Guidelines

All papers will be presented as a 10-minute pre-recorded video (MP4 format, 720p minimum resolution), which must be uploaded to a shared Google Drive. Each presentation will be followed by a 10-minute live commentary and Q&A session with a session commentator and the audience.

Submission Criteria

Submitted papers must be original work that has not been previously published or presented elsewhere, and they must be free of plagiarism. Papers must strictly follow the formatting and submission guidelines of the 4th Rajapruk National Academic Conference. Submissions must align with one of the following academic fields:

1. Education: Instructional Science, curriculum development, classroom management, and educational psychology
2. Social Sciences :
Sociology, political science, law, and interdisciplinary studies.
3. Humanities : Languages, literature, arts, culture, and communication.
4. Business Administration & Economics: Management, finance, marketing,tourism, and logistics.
5. Health Sciences : Nurse science, public health, and environmental sciences.
6. Computer Science & Technology : Information technology and digital technology.

Instructions for Uploading the Article Presentation Video
Presenters are required to download the background image provided above and follow these instructions:

  1. The video should begin with a brief self-introduction where the presenter is clearly visible on camera.
  2. Subsequently, present the research findings.
  3. The total video length must not exceed 10 minutes.
  4. Note: Ensure clear audio levels and minimize external noise interference.

File Format and Resolution: The video file must be in .MP4 format. The minimum resolution required is 720p (HD).

File Naming Convention:
• The file must be named according to the following example: “Room 4601_5” (where 4601 is the presentation room number and 5 is the presentation order/sequence).
• The presentation room and order will be available for verification on Thursday, December 25, 2568.

Submission Period: Video submissions will be accepted from January 12–14, 2569.
